Podmienky poskytovania služby

1. Who we are

This website and store is operated by:

Igori s.r.o. Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia Company registration number (IČO): 53 804 643 VAT number (IČ DPH): SK2121500623 Registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert number 153013/B Email: hello@moonlinen.eu Phone: +421 910 575 733

"We", "us" and "our" mean Igori s.r.o. "You" means the person placing an order.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order placed through moonlinen.eu. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Refund policy and our Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Slovak law or under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in.

3. Our products

We sell linen table linen, home textiles and clothing. Everything is made in Ukraine, in small production runs, and checked piece by piece before it is sent.

Because linen is a natural fibre, small differences in colour, weave and measurement between pieces are normal and are not faults. Photographs on the site are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary. Where fit matters, use the measurements given on the product page rather than the size label.

4. Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you pay.

We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a price or description was listed in error. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and tax

All prices are shown in euro.

Prices shown on the site are the whole amount you pay us. We do not add EU VAT at checkout. Our VAT number is SK2121500623.

Prices do not include the customs charges your own country may add when the parcel arrives. See section 6.

6. Delivery and import charges

Your parcel is sent from Ukraine, which is outside the European Union. When it arrives in your country it is treated as an import.

We do not add VAT at checkout. Because the parcel crosses the EU border, import VAT will normally be payable on arrival, and a customs duty and a carrier clearance fee may also apply. These charges are worked out under the customs and tax rules that apply when the parcel enters your country, and may be collected by customs or by the carrier. They are not part of the price you pay us. On a return we reimburse the import VAT against the receipt. Customs duties, clearance fees, handling fees and other charges are not reimbursed. Our Shipping policy explains this in full.

Delivery countries, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancelling and returning

If you are a consumer in the EU you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, or at any time before that, without giving a reason, and return the goods at your own cost. The cancellation counts from the day you send it to us.

Tell us clearly that you are cancelling. Sending the goods back, or refusing delivery, is not a cancellation on its own.

7.1 The online withdrawal function

Every page on moonlinen.eu carries a link in the footer titled **Withdraw from contract here**. It is there at all times while your cancellation period is running.

Using it: enter the email address you ordered with, we send you a six-digit code, and your orders appear. Choose the items, confirm, and we email you an acknowledgement. You do not need an account or a password, so it works whether or not you created one.

We only ask for what we need to identify you and the order: your name, which order it is, and an email address to send the acknowledgement to.

You may also cancel by writing to hello@moonlinen.eu, or by using the model cancellation form in our Refund policy. All three carry the same weight. The full procedure and the return address are in our Refund policy.

8. Complaints

If something is wrong, tell us first. Email hello@moonlinen.eu with your order number and what happened. You can also write to Igori s.r.o., Žitná 27B, Čierna Voda, 900 25 Chorvátsky Grob, Slovakia, or call +421 910 575 733.

We confirm every complaint when we receive it, and we tell you the outcome as soon as we can, and within 30 days at the latest.

If a complaint concerns goods that are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we handle it under section 9 and your statutory rights decide the remedy.

If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can take it to alternative dispute resolution free of charge. Our supervisory body is the Slovak Trade Inspection, which runs that procedure under Slovak Act 391/2015. The address, email and the online form are in our Refund policy, under "If we cannot agree".

9. Faulty goods

You have a legal guarantee of two years from delivery against goods that do not match what was advertised. If something is faulty, damaged or wrong, email hello@moonlinen.eu with your order number and, if possible, a photo showing the problem. We handle the claim in line with your statutory rights, which may mean repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund; we cover the return postage and reimburse the import VAT paid on that item.

10. Your account and your data

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy policy at https://moonlinen.eu/policies/privacy-policy.

11. Website content

The text, photographs, patterns and designs on this site belong to us or to our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or never go down.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We never limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, email hello@moonlinen.eu first. If we cannot settle it, you may ask for free alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Bajkalská 21/A, p. p. 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, ars@soi.sk), which supervises our company and runs that procedure under Slovak Act 391/2015. Our Refund policy gives the full details and the online form.
